Tactical, Turn-Based Reboot of the XCOM Series
XCOM Enemy Unknown - Elite Edition is a tactical turn-based video game, developed by Feral Interactive, which includes the original XCOM Enemy Unknown game, along with its downloadable content. The game itself is a modern re-imagining of X-COM: UFO Defense, with the player in control of an elite military commander during an alien invasion. Like other entries in the series, XCOM Enemy Unknown is divided into several missions, which are played from a top-down perspective and revolve around tactical combat. While it provides a solid challenge, which may prove too much for those that lack patience, the game will appeal to fans of the series and wider genre.
